- Indemnification: a. The client agrees to indemnify and hold World Telecom Services harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the client's use of the services or any breach of these terms.
- Termination: a. Either party may terminate the services with written notice if the other party breaches these terms. Termination shall not relieve the client's obligation to pay for services provided.
